Shipping
L'Etablissement will do her very best to deliver the package within the period indicated on the website. We are however dependent on our suppliers in this respect. As a result, all times indicated on the website are indicative only. If we depart from this for any reason, you shall be notified by email.
International orders are shipped with FedEx and are fully insured. The goods cannot be left without a signature and the couriers usually operate between 8.00 am 6.00 pm on business days.
For national shipment L'Etablissement ships all orders to the address stated at the time of ordering through our delivery partners TNT Postal Service within 1-2 working day of receiving payment. We ship the order noted and insured. This means that the package is only delivered to you personally (and not at your neighbours’ address). Should you at the time of delivery not be at home, you can pick up your package at a post office near you.
Shipping rates
The shipping costs in The Netherlands are 5,95 EUR at an order value-below 150 EUR. Free shipping in the Netherlands if value of order exceeds 150 EUR.

Import duties and taxes outside EU
Customers outside the European Union are exempt from 19 % Dutch VAT of the total amount. Please be aware of paying import duties and | or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties by FedEx. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend you to contact your local FedEx office to obtain a landed cost estimate. You have to count on approx 25 %.
