Born in Belgium, following studies at La Cambre in Brussels, Natalia Brilli started her career as a set and costume designer. Her first collection she launched at 2004, very low key with a first series of sautoirs and leahter cameos. The same year, Brilli joined the Paris-based Rochas label as head accessories designer under the direction of Oliver Theyskens. Her collection earned her the coveted A.N.D.A.M. award in 2006.
Ever since her first collection back in 2004, Natalia Brilli established her brand’s recongnisable features; oversized sautoir necklaces, simple of multi-tier, adorned with exaggerated bows and vintage cameos that are encased with fine leathers and suedes.
The watches, I.D. bracelets and other accessories that come out of Brilli's studio may not perform the functions normally expected of them; in Brilli's world, all objects can be art objects.
