Swedish designer Ann-Sofie Back Back completed her MA in womenswear at Central Saint Martins in 1998 and has been showing a Prêt-à-Porter collection each season since October 2001. Back investigates the everyday and the banal through her clothing, often rendering the invisible visible and celebrating the details of the disposable.
After ten years of being based in London, she returned to Stockholm, and added a new design responsibility — not only is she doing her eponymous line, but she signed up to be creative director at Cheap Monday. This season she launched her second line, Back.
